What MedicateOhio reported
MedicateOhio counts Colerain as the King City team's fourth dispensary, because it includes the Dayton store the company bought before it opened its own. Everyone else calls Colerain the third Garden in Greater Cincinnati. Both counts are right.

The best part of the piece is the site search. Co-founders Bill Foster and Steve Anevski describe 18 months and three tries to find a spot that cleared a 750-foot buffer from prohibited uses, the township's zones and the state's rules. They credit township officials, the landlord and local contractors for getting it done.
Inside, the story notes bright floral wallpaper, tall ceilings, a kitchen area and a floor plan made for crowds. Regional manager Keisha Williams calls it the smoothest of the three openings. More than 40 new hires were trained by crews from Camp Washington and Sycamore.
At the time of the story, MedicateOhio listed a soft opening from October 16 and a grand opening on November 7, 2026. Check the store page for current hours and events.
