01What is Rooted Rewards?
Rooted Rewards is our loyalty program where every visit helps your perks grow. You earn points for every dollar you spend and unlock rewards.
02How do I earn points?
Points are earned based on total transaction spend; points may only be redeemed for approved non-cannabis items. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent (before tax).
03How do rewards work?
Each 100 points earned is worth $5 in rewards. Use your points to purchase exclusive items, branded merch, and other approved products.
04Can I use more than one reward at a time?
No, you can use one Reward per transaction.
05Can I save my coupon for later?
Yes. Once unlocked, your Rewards stay available until you use it or it expires.
06Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire after 6 months of inactivity.
07Can I use rewards with other discounts?
Rooted Rewards cannot be stacked with other discounts or promotions.
08What can I use my points for?
Points can be redeemed for:
- The Garden merch: hats, beanies, shirts, hoodies, full-zip hoodies
- Accessories: med trays, water bottles, and other non-cannabis items
- State-approved accessories
09How do I sign up?
Ask your budtender at checkout.
10Can I use my rewards at any location?
Yes. Rooted Rewards will work across all of The Garden locations in Ohio that are live on our website.
11Can I share, transfer, or merge points with someone else?
No. Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
12What happens if I return a purchase?
If your purchase is refunded, any points earned from that purchase may be removed from your account. If a reward was redeemed on that transaction, a manager may reissue those points for future use on merch.
13How will I hear about special offers?
We’ll send Rooted Rewards members email and/or SMS updates about double point days, new merch drops, exclusives, and store openings and community events. Make sure your contact info is up to date so you don’t miss anything.
