Why does the Norwood Lateral matter for Norwood shoppers?

The Norwood Lateral links I-75 and I-71 directly through Norwood, putting both Garden Dispensary stores within a short, comparable drive. Camp Washington sits closer to the I-75 side, Sycamore Township closer to the I-71 and I-275 side, so the honest answer depends on which end of Norwood you are starting from.

Rather than pick a single store and call it the answer, it is worth knowing both options exist, because the Lateral makes either one a reasonable trip depending on traffic and which side of the city you are already heading toward.

Most other neighborhoods on this site have one clearly nearer store. Norwood is one of the few exceptions, and that is a direct result of the Lateral putting it at the midpoint between the two.

Which Garden store should I use, Camp Washington or Sycamore Township?

If you are on the west side of Norwood near I-75, Camp Washington is typically the shorter trip. If you are on the east side near I-71 or Montgomery Road, Sycamore Township is usually closer. Both serve recreational and Ohio medical customers identically.

Camp Washington sits at 2927 Colerain Ave, reachable from the I-75 end of the Lateral. Sycamore Township sits at 10793 Montgomery Rd, reachable from the I-71 and I-275 end. Neither store is objectively closer for all of Norwood, which is unusual among the neighborhoods this site covers.

If you are unsure which direction is faster on a given day, checking current traffic on the Lateral before you leave is more useful than defaulting to whichever store you visited last time.

What is on each store’s menu?

Both stores carry the same core categories: flower, pre-rolls, infused pre-rolls, vape cartridges, concentrates, edibles, drinks, tinctures and topicals, and accessories. Individual inventory varies by store and day, so the live menu for whichever location you pick is the accurate source.

Sycamore Township also carries Pack 24, a brand co-created with former NFL player Adam Pacman Jones, alongside King City Gardens, The Garden’s flagship in-house line grown in Ohio. Check the Camp Washington menu or Sycamore Township menu directly before you drive.

If a specific product matters more than the store, it is worth checking both menus before deciding, since one location may have something in stock that the other does not that day.

Do both stores have a drive-thru?

Yes. Both Camp Washington and Sycamore Township run drive-thru lanes daily from 9AM to 11PM, an hour past the 10PM lobby close at each location. Order ahead online at either store and pick up without leaving the car.

This is one of the few places in Greater Cincinnati offering a cannabis drive-thru at all, let alone two options reachable from the same neighborhood. Both lanes follow identical ID and age rules.

What are the Ohio buying rules?

Any adult 21 or older with valid government ID can buy up to 2.5 ounces of flower or 15 grams of extract per visit, at either store. Public consumption is illegal statewide, and the rules are identical whether you shop Camp Washington or Sycamore Township.
