Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products that have been recalled by the manufacturer or the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (DCC), or have been involved in a dispensing error, are eligible for return.
- Customers may return defective products within 30 calendar days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange of equal value.
2. Conditions for Return or Exchange
- The exchange will be made for the same product when available.
- If the original product is out of stock, an exchange may be made for another product of equal value.
- All exchanges and refunds must:
- Be processed through the dispensary’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Include proper documentation and management approval.
- Comply fully with Ohio DCC regulations (OAC 3796:6-3-05 and 1301:18-8-05).
3. Product Condition Requirements
- The product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase presented if available.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for opened, consumed, or altered products unless related to a verified defect or DCC recall.
