Frequently Asked Questions
Which Garden store is closest to Brookville right now?
Camp Washington, about 37 miles by road via US-52, SR-1 and I-74, lobby until 10 PM and drive-thru lane until 11 PM daily. The Garden Colerain Township, about 25 miles from town in a straight line, opens in mid-October 2026.
Can I shop with an Indiana driver's license?
Yes. An Indiana license is checked like any other: Ohio requires a current, valid, government-issued ID showing 21 or older for adult-use sales and sets no residency requirement, under ORC 3796.20(C)(1).
Can I bring cannabis back to Franklin County?
No. Ohio's Division of Cannabis Control says: "Federal and state law prohibit traveling across state lines with cannabis." Indiana has no legal medical or adult-use marijuana program, and possession of marijuana is an offense under IC 35-48-4-11, so nothing bought on the trip can legally ride back up US-52.
For adults 21 and older. Cannabis may impair judgment and motor skills; do not drive or operate machinery after use. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep all products locked away from children and pets. Ohio dispensary products are tested for potency and contaminants by state-approved laboratories. These products are not FDA-approved and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Cannabis purchased in Ohio must stay in Ohio. Federal and state law prohibit traveling across state lines with cannabis, even between two states with legal programs. Never drive after using cannabis.
