Cincinnati dispensary questions, answered

How fast is online ordering and pickup at The Garden?

Order on the live menu and your order is typically packed, sealed and ready in about 15 minutes. At Camp Washington and Sycamore Township you can collect it at the counter or in the drive-thru lane, which stays open until 11 PM.

What do I need to bring to buy adult-use cannabis in Ohio?

Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older, such as a driver’s license, state ID or passport. Photos of an ID are not accepted. Medical patients should bring their active Ohio medical marijuana registry card with their photo ID.

How does the cannabis drive-thru work?

Place your order on the live menu and choose drive-thru pickup. When it is ready, pull into the dedicated drive-thru lane at Camp Washington or Sycamore Township with your 21+ ID and payment ready. The drive-thru stays open until 11 PM daily.

What forms of payment does The Garden accept?

The Garden accepts cash, with an ATM available on site, and debit cards run as a cashless ATM transaction. You can also pay with Spendr, the Cincinnati-based digital payment and rewards app. Have your ID and payment ready when you reach the counter or the drive-thru window.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?

No appointment is needed. Walk in any time the lobby is open at Camp Washington, Sycamore Township and Colerain Township. Browse with a budtender or use the self-service kiosks to build your order and send it to the counter, then pay and pick up in the same visit.

How does Rooted Rewards, The Garden loyalty program, work?

Rooted Rewards is The Garden loyalty program, and it is free. Ask your budtender at checkout and you are enrolled in seconds. Members earn points on purchases and redeem them toward exclusive items and branded merch. Current point values, bonus days and expiry rules are on our Rooted Rewards page.

Can visitors from Kentucky or Indiana buy cannabis at The Garden?

Adults 21 and older with a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID can buy adult-use cannabis in Ohio, whichever state issued the ID. It is illegal to take cannabis across state lines, including into Kentucky or Indiana, so we never advise it. Plan to enjoy your purchase in Ohio, following Ohio law.

What is King City Gardens?

King City Gardens is the Cincinnati-based, veteran-owned Level 1 cultivator behind The Garden. It is fully vertical: the company grows the house flower in Ohio, makes its King City Gardens pre-rolls and vapes, and sells them through its own stores. Look for King City Gardens on the live menus at Camp Washington and Sycamore Township.
